Behind Dona Bonbona is a passion for exceptional taste, beautiful presentation, and attention to every detail. Donna Petrova is the founder and creative force behind Dona Bonbona. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in pastry, hospitality, and business, including as the owner of two bar & dinner establishments. In 2023, she graduated from Pastry Academy Sofia, specializing in Pastry & Baking, where she further developed her extensive practical experience through professional techniques and contemporary pastry trends. The combination of years of experience, professional expertise, creativity, and a strong sense of presentation laid the foundation for Dona Bonbona. More Than Catering For us, food is part of the experience. We don't simply prepare a menu – we pay attention to the taste, presentation, and every detail that makes an occasion memorable. Today, Dona Bonbona is a boutique catering company in Sofia, specializing in private and corporate events, birthdays, children's parties, cocktail receptions, family celebrations, and special occasions. Our menu features traditional cakes, healthy sugar-free desserts, savoury and sweet platters, special sets, and children's menus, all created with a focus on quality ingredients, exceptional taste, and beautiful presentation.
